All international orders (outside the U.S.) are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.


ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please use our fit guide or the measurement charts listed on the products to determine your size, as sale items can not be returned.

If you are unsure of what size to get, check out the size charts listed with each product or send us an email, we are always happy to chat with you.

You can also ask questions for specific pieces right on the website! Just click “Ask a Question” on the product page and we will answer you there.

Preorders are specially made for you, all preorders are final sale.


Returns requested within 7 days of delivery date are eligible for money back to original form of payment or store credit.

Returns requested past 7 days but within 14 days of delivery date are eligible for store credit ONLY.

Third party brands & accessories, such as our socks from Hansel From Basel, MUST be intact in original packaging to be returned.


Return requests MUST BE SUBMITTED within our returns policy time frame.

We kindly ask that you ship returns back within 5 days upon approval of your request.

Misha and Puff DOES NOT accept returns past 14 days of delivery date.

Products must be returned in unused, unwashed and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging included.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Misha and Puff or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Misha and Puff DOES NOT accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Only items purchased through misha-and-puff.com may be returned. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of delivery date to us. Please note, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account. 

 

EXCHANGES

We DO NOT currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item please place a new order of the item you are looking for as soon as possible and return the original item.

We DO NOT hold items.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustments can be made on items that go to final sale (not a promo code sale) within 7 days of your full-priced order.

At the time of the request, the exact style, color, and size of an item must be available for purchase.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

Price adjustments will be given in the form of store credit only.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Misha and Puff is NOT able to alter or cancel orders after they have been placed.

Please Note: We may be able to check our order on a case by case basis, but especially during times of large amounts of orders such as launches & holiday we reserve the right to limit changes to orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you may exchange or return for store credit (unless not applicable).

Refused packages are not considered a return and will not be accepted. 

For all orders shipped outside of the US, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs/duties incurred. Refusal to pay customs or duties does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted.
